MAXHOSA AFRICA is committed to ensuring your complete satisfaction with our luxury heritage pieces. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns or exchanges on unworn items within 14 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Contact our concierge team via email with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization and shipping instructions.

  Package Your Item

  Place the item in its original premium packaging, ensuring all signature tags, luxury seals, and authenticity cards are included and intact.

• 3.
  Schedule Collection

  Once approved, we will coordinate a secure courier pickup from your address to ensure the safe transit of your knitwear back to our studio.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Upon receipt, our quality control team will inspect the garment; once verified, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7-10 business days.
